As Senior Vice President of Investment Sales, Huntley Grichor specializes in commercial real estate investment sales, land acquisitions and dispositions, and development opportunities throughout Texas. A native Houstonian, Huntley works closely with investors, developers, and institutional groups to identify and execute opportunities across land, industrial, retail, and other commercial asset classes.
Huntley has extensive experience sourcing both marketed and off-market opportunities and advising clients throughout the acquisition and disposition process. His work includes complex land assemblages, development sites, investment properties, and large-scale projects requiring a strategic understanding of site selection, infrastructure, utilities, feasibility, and future development potential.
Known for his market knowledge, strong industry relationships, and ability to source opportunities, Huntley takes a strategic, transaction-focused approach to each assignment. Since joining the firm in May 2022, Huntley has generated more than $150 million in commercial real estate transaction volume for Red Key Properties. His performance in the commercial real estate industry has also earned him recognition as a CoStar Power Broker
